Jonathan Rowland
Chairman
Jonathan is a British entrepreneur renowned for founding Redwood Bank and, more recently, R3 Sport. Established in 2017, Redwood Bank is a UK-based challenger bank that provides business loans and savings accounts to small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2024, Rowland launched R3 Sport, a sports and entertainment company focusing on the rapidly growing sport of padel tennis. R3 Sport’s initiatives include managing top British professional players, hosting elite tournaments, constructing venues, and distributing leading padel brands.
Richard Morecroft
Director
Richard is an award-winning Board-level executive with over 25 years’ experience in leading innovation, growth and change in financial services, telecoms and media in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Having served 11 years in the British army and 20 years in business, Richard was also a founding director of R8 Capital PLC, where he manages the company’s day-to-day operations.
Mahesh S/o Pulandaran
Non-Executive Director
Mahesh has been in Financial Services for 20 years having begun his career in audit and assurances in the UK before moving to Asia with Deloitte.
Mahesh has advised various blue chip companies including Microsoft and Caterpillar. Mahesh moved to Offshore Banking with HSBC covering the South Asian Emerging Markets before joining Coutts and Co International.
Mahesh now leads the Trust Division of CorPa Asia Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Asia, as the Regional Head based in Singapore.
In his various roles within Financial Services, he has added value both upstream and down bringing about value to stakeholders across all industries.
